At Black Arch Holsters, we stand by the craftsmanship of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
