What is the standard lead time for my order?
Most of our holsters are handcrafted to order. Standard production time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days before shipping, though 'Quick Ship' items usually depart within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your holsters?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your holster fails due to a flaw in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your holster, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that custom-configured items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Will your holsters accommodate aftermarket attachments like lights or optics?
We offer specific configurations for many popular weapon-mounted lights and red dot optics. Please ensure you select the correct light/optic model from the dropdown menus when customizing your holster to ensure a perfect fit.
What materials are used in Black Arch holsters?
We use premium materials including high-strength Kydex, boltaron, and our proprietary Breathastealth breathable mesh and leather hybrids to ensure maximum comfort, durability, and retention.
